Whilst at university Dave started working weekends in an Estate Agents in Chester, he quickly realised he had a real passion for property. He joined Platinum in 2004 as a Sales Negotiator and became a Director in 2019. Dave is a highly driven and results orientated individual who is passionate about providing an exceptional service to clients. He has a proven track record of delivering success, and his attention to detail and dedication is second to none. In their role as director Dave maintains a hands on approach, working closely with the team to ensure the best results for clients and customer experience. Offering an open door policy, for vendors, landlords, buyers and tenants alike.
