Tenant Find Only:
- One Month’s Rent plus VAT (i.e. 120% of one month’s rent inclusive of VAT)
Possible Further Charges For Tenant Find Only & Fully Managed Services:
- Full Inventory £90.00 Inclusive of VAT (£75.00 plus VAT)
- Energy Performance Certificate £102.00 Inclusive of VAT (£85.00 plus VAT)
N.B. the fees will become payable once we have found a suitable tenant from the first month’s rent.

Tenants
As well as paying the rent, you may also be required to make the following permitted payments.
Permitted Payments
Before the tenancy starts (payable to Platinum ‘the Agent’)
Holding Deposit: 1 Week’s Rent
Deposit: One Month’s Rent
During the tenancy (payable to the Agent)
Payment of up to £50.00 plus VAT if you want to change the tenancy agreement.
Payment of interest for the late payment of rent at a rate of 3% plus the Bank of England base rate.
Payment of £70.00 per lock for loss of keys/security devices.
Payment of any unpaid rent or other reasonable costs associated with your early termination of the tenancy.
During the tenancy you will be liable to pay the below if applicable to the providers
Utilities – gas, electricity, water
Communications – telephone and broadband
Installation of cable/satellite
Subscription to cable/satellite supplier
Television licence
Council Tax
Other permitted payments
Any other permitted payments, not included above, under the relevant legislation including contractual damages.
